CHIC is extending the deadline for tender returns for the new Fire Safety Framework to Friday 4th October. This comprehensive framework is designed to help CHIC’s members manage fire and building safety effectively. It covers a range of fire prevention related services, including the remediation, installation, servicing and maintenance of both passive and active fire safety measures.
The Framework has been structured into three distinct lots:
- Lot 1: Fire Safety Installation and Replacement
- Lot 2: Fire Safety Servicing and Maintenance
- Lot 3: Fire Consultancy and Management
Fire and Building Safety are critical components of a robust strategic asset management strategy. So by launching this framework and integrating these elements, CHIC aims to support its members in maintaining high safety standards and compliance across their properties.
“Ensuring that buildings and residents are safe from fire risk is such an important component of all of our members asset management responsibilities. We have therefore structured this new framework to ensure they can access a range of high quality but affordable fire and building safety solutions” said John Fisher, Chief Executive.
The new framework is scheduled to go live at the beginning of December. To further support the implementation and understanding of the framework, we will host a launch event in the new year for members and appointed suppliers.
