Our new four year framework provides a comprehensive range of decoration, repair and finishing services for homes, communal areas and other buildings. It supports planned asset management, helps maintain property condition and appearance, and delivers consistent, cost effective results for landlords and residents.
Lift & Mobility Aids Framework
This framework covers the installation, replacement, refurbishment and ongoing maintenance of lifts and mobility equipment. Split across two Lots, Passenger Lifts, and Mobility Aids, it ensures reliable access, safety and long term performance for residents, including those with mobility needs.
