CHIC Launches Two New Frameworks

We are pleased to announce the launch of two new CHIC frameworks designed to support members with high quality, compliant and cost effective asset management solutions.

Decoration Works Framework

Our new Decoration Works Framework provides a flexible, fully compliant route to market for cyclical and responsive decoration, void works and related services. Covering internal and external areas across all property types, it supports members to maintain the quality and appearance of homes and communal spaces as part of long term strategic asset management.

With national coverage and a broad range of approved suppliers, members can access preparation, painting, decorating, finishing and cleaning services through mini tenders or direct awards.

We will be hosting a webinar to launch the new framework for contractors and members, at 11am on Wednesday 14th January – please register to join using this LINK

Lift & Mobility Aids Framework

We have also launched our Lifts and Mobility Aids Framework, offering comprehensive provision for the installation, refurbishment, replacement, servicing and maintenance of passenger lifts, lifting equipment and personal mobility aids.

The framework is structured into two lots:
Lot 1 – Passenger Lifts: installation, modernisation, design work and ongoing maintenance
Lot 2 – Mobility Aids: stairlifts, platform lifts, through floor lifts, hoists and associated services

These services help members maintain safe, accessible homes, support long term asset planning and improve independence and wellbeing for residents.
