The recording of CHIC’s Consultancy Framework 2026–2030 launch webinar is now available to watch.
The framework provides social landlords with a compliant route to professional consultancy services across 13 specialist Lots. Members can appoint an individual consultant for a specific requirement or access a multidisciplinary team to support larger programmes.
Services include stock condition surveys and specialist building safety advice, with support available from initial feasibility through to project delivery and long term asset management.
The webinar provides an introduction to the framework and the consultancy support available to members.
