Typically managed by your legal firm, the national average cost for a standard disbursement search pack is estimated around £281 per property.

This includes the minimum search requirements for Local Authority searches, Drainage and Water and Environmental searches. Under the CHIC preferential rates, the same search pack can be delivered for a fixed cost of £175 per property, a saving of 37% against the national average.
