Highlights from CHIC’s Annual Report 2025/26
From our achievements over the past year to the opportunities ahead, these are just some of the highlights. Our full Annual Report shares more about the work taking place across CHIC and what’s next for our members and supply chain partners.
A year of continued growth
Our membership grew to more than 350 organisations, with 42 new members joining CHIC. We also welcomed 234 new suppliers and offered 689 procurement opportunities, strengthening connections across the sector.
Our most used Framework, Healthy Homes, supported £168m in member investment while new frameworks covering Multiple Elements, Lift and Mobility Aids, Decoration Works, and Merchants expanded the procurement solutions available.
Strengthening our partnerships
Our work with organisations including the Healthy Homes Hub, Efficiency North and the Code for Construction Product Information (CCPI) continued to support better procurement practices and knowledge sharing.
We also brought the sector together through events, with 800 delegates attending our 2026 CHIC Conference & Exhibition. Our 2027 conference is now open for registrations.
Listening, learning, and taking action
Our annual stakeholder survey received 292 responses, with 80% of members saying CHIC met or exceeded their expectations. Member satisfaction increased by 9%, while supplier advocacy rose from +3 to +18.
Feedback highlighted the need for clearer communication and greater visibility of upcoming opportunities. In response, we are strengthening planning, expanding regional engagement, and introducing a dedicated monthly CHIC CHAT for suppliers.
Looking ahead
With Luke Hurd taking over as Chief Executive, CHIC enters a new chapter alongside the launch of our five year Business Strategy.
We will continue developing our procurement solutions in line with the Procurement Act 2023 whilst improving digital systems and strengthening support for members and suppliers.
By 2031, our ambition is to support £500m–£600m in annual member investment, creating further opportunities across the sector.
