CHIC Consultancy Framework – Evaluation period extended
The evaluation of bids is progressing for the re-procurement of the CHIC Consultancy Framework.
The framework will provide members with access to a broad range of built environment consultancy services, including Building Surveying, Contract Administration, Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services, alongside other specialist expertise required to support the delivery of high quality asset related projects.
Expected framework start: September 2026
Asset Compliance & Assurance Framework – Evaluation in progress
Evaluation is now in progress for our new multi disciplinary Asset Compliance & Assurance Framework.
The framework will support members across a diverse portfolio of domestic and non-domestic assets, including individual properties, blocks and estates. It is designed to help members meet their statutory, regulatory and governance obligations while managing risk to residents, staff and building users.
Services will span the compliance lifecycle, including risk assessment, inspection, monitoring, maintenance, remedial works, independent assurance, audit, reporting and verification. This will support planned compliance programmes, responsive or corrective works and other compliance related requirements arising during the framework term.
Expected framework start: September 2026
Kitchen Materials Framework - Published
Our new four-year Kitchen Materials Framework is now published, and we are seeking suppliers to join the framework.
The framework will provide a compliant route for the supply and installation of kitchens and associated products across refurbishment, regeneration and selected new build projects. More information about the framework, including the scope, requirements, key dates and how to apply, can be found below.

Roofing Systems and Related Works
We are developing the scope for a new multi-lot Roofing Systems and Related Works Framework.
The framework will provide members with a comprehensive procurement solution for roofing repairs, maintenance and replacement works, while creating future opportunities for specialist roofing suppliers. A UK1 Pipeline Notice has been published as part of our early market engagement.
Expected framework start: TBC
Dynamic Markets
We are preparing for the transition from Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) to Dynamic Markets in line with the Procurement Act.
This new approach will make it easier for suppliers to access procurement opportunities while giving members greater flexibility and choice when procuring services. We will share further updates as this work progresses.
