CHIC, Switchee and Brabners recently came together, with legal and operational expertise, for a webinar: “Preparing for the Extension of Awaab’s Law: From Compliance to Confidence”.
With Phase 2 of Awaab’s Law on the horizon, the discussion explored how housing providers can move beyond reactive compliance and towards a more proactive and predictive approach to resident safety, property risk and compliance.
A key focus was also preparing for the introduction of excess heat and excess cold requirements, and what housing providers can be doing now to ensure their processes, data and teams are ready.
