With a regime change which took effect on October 1st and an anticipated delivery date in April, it’s essential to stay informed and prepared.
CHIC team members Michael Harris and Liam Gratty were joined by Wates Group, one of the largest privately-owned construction, development and property services companies in the UK. We were also joined by Holly Watson and David Calvert from Frankham and Mark Williams from Twinnedit.
The panel deliberated on strategies to effectively inform and involve Social Housing Providers in the building safety process, gearing up for the new gateway regime for higher risk buildings. They also delved into their methods for upholding the Golden Thread throughout design and construction, along with effectively managing the associated data.
