The Multiple Elements of the Built Environment Framework offers CHIC Members a compliant and efficient procurement route for a wide range of essential property services. Developed to streamline procurement across the housing sector, this framework enables CHIC members to award contracts for whole-life building services that address both internal and external building elements.

Services available through the framework include demolition, extensions, alterations, new construction, groundworks, remediation, foundations, external environmental improvements, communal area enhancements, roofing, building plastics, insulation, doors and windows, electrical systems and wiring, heating services and scaffolding.
