Beyond Housing Improves 500 Homes Through CHIC Healthy Homes Framework
Beyond Housing has launched a £500,000 energy efficiency programme to improve more than 500 homes across North Yorkshire and Tees Valley, using our Healthy Homes Framework to appoint 0800 Repair through a compliant direct award. The programme will deliver measures including cavity wall and loft insulation, improved ventilation, smart heating controls and low-energy lighting, helping residents reduce energy use and lower bills. The project also includes social value activity through educational workshops in local schools and demonstrates how CHIC’s frameworks can support efficient, compliant procurement for investment programmes of all sizes.
