Collaborative working in the social housing sector in London & the South East
A Joint Event hosted by CHIC and The Housing Forum
Wednesday 11th March 2026 | 30 Euston Square, London
The spotlight remains on the social housing sector to embrace change positively. The introduction of the Procurement Act 2023, the Building Safety Act and Awaab’s Law are having to be managed whilst increasing investment in homes and communities for Decent Homes 2, working towards Net Zero and supporting delivery of this governments target for 1.5 million homes. So, how do we deliver all of these objectives?
CHIC is an asset management and procurement consortium and The Housing Forum drives quality in the design, construction and maintenance of UK homes. Through their members, both promote collaborative learning through effective partnerships to deliver better services for residents.
This conference brings our members and partners together to discuss how we are responding to current challenges and targets in London and the South East.
