What You Told Us in CHIC’s 2025 Stakeholder Survey

Each year at CHIC, we conduct a stakeholder survey to hear directly from our members and suppliers. This feedback is invaluable as it helps the senior management team and the board of directors understand what is working well, where we can improve and how we can continue to provide a service that meets our members and suppliers needs.
In 2025, engagement with the survey increased on the previous year. We received 258 responses, representing an increase of over 55 per cent compared to 2024. This feedback was gathered through a combination of online forms, telephone interviews and face to face conversations at the CHIC Conference and Exhibition. It is important to note that the survey was conducted independently by Fusion Insight, ensuring your views were captured honestly and without bias.
So, what did you tell us?
Suppliers: Improved Satisfaction and Stronger Engagement
For CHIC’s supply chain partners satisfaction increased significantly this year, alongside the score for likelihood of continuing to work with CHIC; both very encouraging outcomes. Notably, the majority of suppliers stated that they find it easy to work with us and our Net Promoter Score (NPS) moved +3.
Suppliers told us that they most value the access we provide to opportunities that they would not have found elsewhere, along with our collaborative culture, transparency and supportive communication. The CHIC team are constantly working with our members to increase the volume and relevance of opportunities, particularly in competitive areas.
Members: Continued Satisfaction
Our members continue to express strong support for CHIC. Many highlighted their appreciation for our customer focussed services, procurement support and the ease of access to frameworks.
Most members reported that we met or exceeded their expectations and around half had engaged with CHIC in the past month, an increase of 19 per cent compared to the previous year. This indicates a deepening and more frequent engagement. We are grateful for your feedback and will use it to refine our services and strengthen our engagement going forward.
